Sandy Faber talks about her work with Hubble

Sandy Faber is an astronomer working at UCO Lick Observatory in California. She has been involved with major research projects on Hubble throughout the observatory’s history. In the 1980, she was on the team that designed Hubble’s first camera, in the 1990s she was part of the “Nuker team” which searched for black holes in nearby galaxies, and today she is principal investigator on the CANDELS survey. She talks about her work with Hubble in this video. The interview was carried out at the “Science with the Hubble Space Telescope – III” conference in Venice, Italy, in October 2010.
